Like a week or so I started to have involuntary muscle spasms in my face.
Have you ever experienced a "twitching" in your facial muscles?
I told my wife about it and she says the spasms happen because I'm nervous and because of all the work stress.

I have been experiencing odd facial spasms in the same area of my face, make my face scrunch up, and my arm and leg muscles tighten.
When I lay down to sleep, or sometimes just laying down relaxing watching t.v....I have no control over these muscle jerks and twitches.
Should I be worried? Does anyone know if this can signal a stroke, or possibly something else?
