Am I Depressed or Just Sad?
I've been feeling pretty lonely and sad lately. Having feelings of anxiety too.
I feel that I have no friends but I guess that's my fault, I kind of lost contact with people. I should also mention that my behavior has changed in a way and I skip meals sometimes.
There are some family issues going on in the extended family.
Is there a way to tell the difference between being depressed and just feeling sad?
