Windows 7 explorer.exe hangs?

Hello, I am running Windows 7 and often times explorer.exe will hang randomly. Once I restart the computer it works for a while, but once it crashes once, it keeps crashing.
Don't know what's my problem.

A friend suggested it could be the Intel video card driver but I don't know where to get the driver from.

Sometimes it stops and sometimes it doesn't.

If Windows Explorer keeps crashing in windows 7, then it's possible that your computer windows registry can become corrupted and unoptimized.
Check it. First try this : Go start -> cmd SFC /scannow that checks to see if you have any corrupt system files.

Maybe that's producing the crashes.
