I am assuming that this is some sort of spyware, because when I run my computer normally it is very slow, too slow.
If I choose to run the system in safe mode however, it is fast as it used to be.

Already tried all the normal things like registry defrag and a full virus scan, that's not it.
Since in safe mode it runs fine what could be causing the slow performance?
