Brockport Lockdown?

There was a lockdown at a state university in Brockport, N.Y., because of a shooting.
The SUNY-Brockport broke the news to its students via its Web site by saying police responded to the off-campus shooting at around 1:30 EST, at which point the Brockport campus was put on lockdown.
Is the lockdown lifted?

School officials say that the Monroe County Sheriffs Department advised the school to go into lockdown around 1:30 p.m. due to an incident in the area.

The lockdown was lifted after police reported they had contained a suspected gunman in a house, according to CBS station WCBS-TV.

Reports of an "active shooter" near the west border of the College at Brockport's campus prompted the school to post an alert on their Web site warning people to stay in their building and lock their doors.

The deputy who was shot, whose name was not released, was able to move himself out of harm’s way while remaining in radio contact with other officers, O’Flynn said. He was later moved to safety by several other officers at the scene.

It was not clear if the shooter was firing at the deputy while he was being moved.

Other deputies were able to drag the wounded deputy to safety.
Sheriff’s negotiators were able to contact the suspect by phone and then talked him into surrendering.
