Hogchoker Fish?

What is a Hogchoker Fish? I just started working at a local restaurant and my boss told me I should get a Hogchoker Fish tomorrow. I went to the store buy they don't sell the fish there.

Where can I purchase a hogchoker fish and can you let me know what kind of fish the Hogchoker is?

The fish store should have hogchoker. Check ebay, they sell pretty much everything there.

The Hogchoker (Trinectes maculatus) is a small flatfish found along the coast of parts of North America.

The unusual name "hogchoker" comes from farmers who used to feed these fish to their hogs. The hogs would often choke on the fishes' scaly, bony bodies. The hogchoker has a flat, rounded body that is dark brownish-gray on top and pale on the bottom.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Small, oval, dextral flatfish that have a deep and thick body without a definite caudal peduncle.
