Happy Holidays in Different Languages?

How do I say Happy Holidays in different languages? I have family in spain and also in china.
So I want to send an email but I'd like to say Happy Holidays in their language, they understand english but I want to say it in their language.
Can you explain me what is the correct way of saying happy holidays in different languages?
