My Playstation 3 Won't Connect To The Internet?

I've had a playstation 3 for a while but i just got a wirless router and my laptop and all the computers in my house work fine; but my PS3 won't connect to the internet.
It was working fine. Since last night, it just won't connect to the internet. It says that it connects to the IP address, but in the internet connection field, it says "failed".
Wireless is working on my laptop that is not plugged into anything now except my plastation 3.
It just won't connect! How do I fix it?

Okay, first you need to go down to Network Settings. Then set up a new connection. Do a scan and then select your wireless network. Enter your security code (most likely a "WEP" key) and then it will set up everything else for you automatically.
If you do this and the playstation 3 still won't connect then you have to reset yoru router security settings. look on the bottom of your router and follow the steps and once you get to your settings page (from a pc) reset security settings.
