Vista Booting Problem Status: 0xc000000f?

This morning I tried turning my PC on and it started fine, it went to the Dell Logo screen, but then it continued on and went to a black page with an error on it.
I'm using windows Vista.
This is what I see on the black screen:

Windows Boot Manager
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.

It tells me to contact the system administrator or computer manufacturer if I do not have the disk.

The specific file not working is \Boot\BCD

Status: 0xc000000f

Help please?

Just request a Vista DVD from your computer manufacter or borrow one to do the startup repair process.
Windows Vista comes with a rich feature set of diagnostic and repair tools that you can use in the event that your computer is not operating correctly.
Go to this page:

And follow all the steps there.
