I tried to access Facebook and I got this message.
"Your account is temporarily unavailable due to site maintenance. It should be available again within a few hours. We apologize for the inconvenience."
Facebook is not loading! anyone know what's up?

Nope, try refreshing it. Facebook and other sites as well have problems working sometimes but it can usually be resolved by coming back in a few minutes.
Facebook has millions of users so it is understandable sometimes it may not work.
Facebook is not down right now, try again.

Such things happen when their is an update or otherwise on the server.
