A dust devil in the middle of a soccer game

This happened in Japan. Since there's no storm cloud it's apparently a dust devil.
A dust devil is a rotating updraft, it can be small or big like on the video. It's usually harmless, but can grow in size to threaten people. It forms as an updraft under sunny conditions during clear weather, rarely getting as big as a tornado.

WOW! that's really scary. My dad always tells me about this sort of thing taking place in the town he was born. They used to like them and chase them when they had a chance.
They are mostly harmless but they can be dangerous sometimes.

I would've run like a little girl, it doesn't look safe at all.

What was that? I didn't even know they existed. I thought it was a tornado at first, never heard about a dust devil before.
