Eric Wrinkles Execution?

In 1995, a Vanderburgh County Circuit Court jury convicted Wrinkles of three counts of murder in the 1994 fatal shootings of three relatives. The jury recommended he receive the death sentence, which the trial court ordered.
Is he going to be executed? When is the execution going to take place?

The Indiana Supreme Court scheduled the execution of Matthew Eric Wrinkles to take place before sunrise on Friday, December 11, 2009.
This execution would be the first in two and a half years and the 20th in Indiana since the resumption of capital punishment in 1977.

I'm against execution, I understand some murders deserve the worst but is not fair for the country to decide who lives and who dies.
