Emmanuel Lewis Disease?

I like him a lot, he was devastated when michael jackson died, they were friends.
I'm just surprised at how short a person can be.
Why is Emmanuel Lewis so short? Is he a Dwarf too? Does he have some sort of disease or is it just natural?

Emmanuel Lewis does not have any disease or any other medical reasons why he has not grown.
He's just short, nature made him that way. Some people are just the way they are for no special reason.
