How To Make Cool Fire Balls

Edit: I posted a video a few months ago about how to make cool fire balls but apparently Metacafe deleted the video so you can't see it now.
A shame really, because it was really cool and safe to try.

His hands didn't get burned because the nerve endings were pre-destroyed during video rehearsal.
