What Time is the Meteor Shower Tonight?

I live in Washington State. I have never seen a meteor shower but i would love to. i heard there is gonna be one tonight but I dont know where to look in the sky.
I read an yahoo article and there's supposed to be Orionid Meteor Shower, can anyone tell me what the peak time will be tonight?

Any time tonight when Orion is visible - meteor showers go on for weeks rather than hours so timing is not overly critical - if tonight is cloudy you can even try again tomorrow. However, it is still a bit early in the season for Orion - you will have to wait till after midnight before Orion gains much height in the sky.
