Do I have nose cancer?

I have 2 small bumbs on the inside of my nostrils, near the outer rim, I'm scared because I don't know what they are. I also have a small white bumb under my eye, what could it be? Do i actually have nose cancer, or something else? I don't even know if it's possible to get nose cancer.
