Butterball Turkey Cooking Time Per Pound?

I have a Butterball Turkey and I don't know how long I have wait to start cooking the turkey and how long I have to cook it when is ready. Now it's frozen. Do I have to wait more than a day?

When a Butterball Turkey is frozen you have to wait at least 24 hours for every 4 pounds. To thaw more quickly, place unopened turkey, breast down, in sink filled with cold tap water. Allow 30 minutes per pound and change water every 30 minutes to keep surface of turkey cold. When is thawed, keep in refrigerator until ready to cook.
When you have to cook it using the Butterball open pan method (flat rack, shallow open roasting pan) and 325 conventional oven, you can expect the following cooking times:


7 to 10 lb 2 to 3 Hrs. unstuffed 2 to 3 Hrs.Stuffed
10 to 18 lb 3 to 3 Hrs. unstuffed 3 to 4 Hrs.Stuffed
18 to 22 lb 3 to 4 Hrs. unstuffed 4 to 5 Hrs.Stuffed
22 to 24 lb 4 to 4 Hrs. unstuffed 5 to 5 Hrs.Stuffed
24 to 30 lb 4 to 5 Hrs. unstuffed 5 to 6 Hrs.Stuffed
