I've been allergic to eggs for a long time and I'm looking for an easy recipe to make peanut butter cookies without eggs, but search results don't display any recipe as I need. This is a difficult recipe to find because I haven't heard of peanut butter cookies made without eggs but I guess it must be possible to make them in an easy way with any other ingredient. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. Mix the shortening, peanut butter, white sugar, brown sugar and buttermilk until it's completely combined.
