How to Fix Internet Explorer Has Stopped Working in Windows 7?

Many times when you're surfing the internet, the page happens to freeze or stop browsing and you come across the sign Internet Explorer Has Stopped Working in Windows 7 and most of the times it searches for a solution that it never finds and then responds closing the page. Is there a way to fix it?
I'm tired of this Internet Explorer Has Stopped Working in Windows 7 sign.

One of the tentative solutions might be clicking on the START button, then on RUN and, in the box type: in: "inetcpl.cpl". Then press ENTER or click OK. This brings up INTERNET PROPERTIES. Click on the ADVANCED tab. Scroll down and click on the RESET button. In the new window tab, put a check-mark in the box which says
"Delete personal settings" and then click on the RESET button. If all of the previous stuff doesn't solve anything, just try Mozilla or Google Chrome which are definetly more quick for browsing and surfing nowadays.
