Skeleton & Skull Make-up How To: Tutorial & Instructions?

For Halloween, I've decided to paint my face with skull make-up. I'm going to be a skeleton.
Does anyone know about a skull make-up how to or tutorial with all the instructions to get good results?
Is there a special kit I can get for the make-up to be perfect?
I'd like to see a how to video so I get ideas for a design, because I haven't decided yet what kind of skull make-up I'm going to apply to my face. I already have the skeleton costume.
Any youtube tutorial videos with detailed instructions will be appreciated.

I think the best place to start for tutorials is youtube itself. Many people are very talented with make-up and they make videos (especially for Halloween) on how to apply a cool skull make-up.
Last year I wanted to do the Lady Gaga skull face and I a video with all the instructions, the result was great! My skeleton costume complemented the whole thing.
You just have to pay attention to all the details and instructions if you want your make-up to stand out. Follow one of the how to video tutorials and you'll do OK.
