All My Children Cancelled or Not?

Is it true that All My Children is being cancelled or not? When is the last show air date in 2011?
I am very upset, as I have been watching it with my mom for many years.
I'm ticked because there is so many fans that watch All My Children on their free time I mean come on its been on for 40 years, why are they going to cancel it now?
I'm sure they plan to cancel to add another freaking talk show, please let me know if this real or not.

All My Children is being cancelled and it will no longer be available on TV. The last show air date was on September 23, 2011.
However, the All My Children will continue to broadcast online, but not on ABC's website, because the rights of the show has been bought by another production company.
So it's not cancelled and this is not the last episode, there will be many more just that not on TV.
I think All My Children will loose its magic online, nobody goes online to watch a soap opera.
