Gluten Free Diet: Weight Loss?

Many people are allergic to gluten and are looking for a weight loss program using a gluten free diet.
I can actually tolerate gluten but I'm interested in the diet, since I've been told it works.
After trying other diets, I want to give this one a try and see if it works for me.
I've been warned about the strictness concerning the food list, but I'm still interested.

Is a gluten free diet healthy for your body? Does it really works?

Some experts believe that eliminating foods with gluten helps with weight loss. And celebs like Oprah have gone on gluten-free diets for just that reason.
The gluten free diet is very low in carbohydrates, which are found in foods such as bread, crackers, pasta, cereal, and baked goods.

A gluten-free diet that eliminates refined flour and simple sugars will improve health and help with weight loss.
The diet may seem a little overwhelming at first but you get used to it and it contributes to a healthier lifestyle. Please check with your doctor before starting any diet.
