Spring Forward 2011 Date?

When does this whole spring forward time change actually occur in 2011? What's the date?
I would like to know this so me and my husband can stop fighting over it.
I say it's this Sunday, he says it's on Monday.

You are supposed to turn the clock one hour forward at 2am on Sunday, March 13th, 2011.
Spring forward used to be in April, but they have extended the time.
The time change is supposed to save a lot of energy but I'm not sure it really works.
If you do not have self-changing clocks, you should change your clocks before going to bed. This will prevent you from losing one hour of sleep.
