Valentine's Day Dinner Ideas: Meal Recipes?

I'm making a Valentine's Day dinner for my fiance and need some ideas and recipes.

I want to prepare a nice, romantic dinner for just the two of us.
We want to keep it simple, easy and cheap, but good of course. I know he will enjoy any meal I prepare because he's the nicest guy in the world.

I know there isn't much time. I really don't want anything too formal, just casual and fun.
Any dinner ideas or recipes for a Valentine's Day meal?

Go classic. For dinner, Spaghetti and sauce with garlic bread and some nice wine, by candle light. Also, the classic chocolate strawberries. There are many recipes online.
Italian food always goes down well but don't forget that you don't want to finish your meal feeling stuffed, so keep the menu light.

This way, you can enjoy the rest of your evening by renting a romantic movie or what ever else you decide to do.
Anything will do as long as its romantic and it's the thought that counts.
