The name of the shooter is Robert Butler Jr., he shot and killed himself after wounding two adults at the Millard South High School.

Butler was the son of an Omaha police detective. Officials say he had transferred to Millard from a high school in Lincoln, Neb., in November.

Officials he had only been attending the school for no more than a couple of months.

Robert Butler Jr. warned in a Facebook post on the same day of the attack that people would hear about the "evil" things he did and said the school drove him to violence.
