Facebook: Girl Killed Herself After Dad Posted on Wall?

There is a link on my Facebook profile that says something like: Girl killed herself after her dad's posted in Facebook wall. I don't know if its a virus, malware or a scam but I think I did something wrong.

I stupidly clicked on it and when I saw everyone posting the same exact thing on each other's walls so I got suspicious and I googled it and found out it's a virus.

How do i delete it from my Facebook page? And if it won't get deleted, then what will be its effects on my Facebook account and computer?

I saw that on my Facebook page too. I think it might have been a scam or hoax that someone had made up to get a hold of your account and hack it, a virus, I never saw it on the news so I kinda doubt it was true, might be a hoax.

My friend told me there was a girl called Emma who killed herself on Christmas Eve 2008 after being bullied on Facebook.

But you're not supposed to click on it, since it will probably mess up your computer.
Run a good antivirus program like Kaspersky or a malware application like Malware Bytes.

This happens all the time on Facebook. The ploy is always something that sounds really crazy, but then it is evident it is annoying phishing type activity when something installs on your computer.
