How to cook prime rib at home in the oven?

I have a boneless Prime Rib for Christmas dinner I would like to cook at home in the oven. This is the first time that I'm going to cook prime rib, I'm looking for a recipe that is easy to follow. Can anyone post a link with a recipe?
Will the prime rib be enough for all of us? How long should the prime rib be in the oven and at what temperature, what is the cooking time?

When cooking prime rib for a small group the rule is usually one rib (bone) per person. When cooking for a big group, some people will cook without the bone and serve smaller portions.

This is how I cook my prime rib in the oven every year for Christmas.
Start the oven at 500 degrees. Season the roast any way you like, and put it in the over in for about 20 minutes to get the outer crust going. Then turn the heat down to 325 degrees, and cook for a total time (including the high heat period) of 19 minutes per pound for rare. (I usually prefer 20 minutes per pound.)

High heat will tend to dry out your meat, give you less yield and produce an unevenly cooked roast.
Good luck cooking your prime rib.
