Little Egg Harbor Gunman?

A gunman killed his brother with sniper fire from a second-floor window in the home they shared, took down a neighbor who came to the victim's aid and turned the gun on himself.
The incident unfolded this morning in a middle-class Shore community outside Tuckerton in Ocean County.
A SWAT team was called in as police locked down schools and blocked off roads.
What is the name of the gunman who committed all these crimes? Why did he do it?

The gunman responsible for several shootings in Little Egg Harbor this morning was found dead in a housing unit around 2:20 p.m.
Police said Craig Mueller, 45, lined up his 52-year-old brother, Bryan, in the sights of his AR-15 from a second-story window on Westchester Drive. From his sniper's perch, just before 10 a.m., Craig Mueller pulled the trigger.

Bryan Mueller was on the sidewalk outside the residence when he was gunned down. After the two shootings, the gunman died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The gunman's motive is still unknown. The area surrounding the crime scene is still secured.
