Chelsea Clinton’s dress was a soft, flowing silk organza strapless Vera Wang design with silver beading around the waist.
Her dramatic veil and the silver-jeweled embroidery that wrapped around the gown defining her dainty waist were very romantic touches and certainly made the gown feel much more special than your average strapless style. And the elegant touches such as her monochromatic ivory bouquet and simple makeup and upswept hair were smart choices as not to interfere with the volume of her dress and veil.
Chinese gown designer Vera Wang is a Clinton family friend. Wang has made wedding gowns for Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Victoria Beckham and Kate Hudson, among various Hollywood celebrities. The dress looked amazing on Chelsea Clinton.
