Mark Williams Tea Party Movement Expelled?

Mark Williams and his Tea Party Express Movement have been expelled from the Tea Party Federation.
The Tea Party Fed kicked out the Tea Party Express due to a blog post Mark Williams wrote that was considered racist.
What exactly did he write that was seen as racist? I didn't read the blog post yet, is it still online?
Anyone know where can I read Mark Williams's blog?
Who did he attack in his post?

The National Tea Party Federation has expelled conservative commentator and Tea Party Express spokesman Mark Williams over a fictional letter Williams wrote on his blog last week from "Colored People" to Abraham Lincoln.

The federation kicked out Williams' group when it wouldn't fire him.

Mark Williams, who said his letter was satirical, started it like this: "Dear Mr. Lincoln, We Coloreds have taken a vote and decided that we don't cotton to that whole emancipation thing. Freedom means having to work for real, think for ourselves, and take consequences along with the rewards. That is just far too much to ask of us Colored People and we demand that it stop!"

"Bailouts are just big money welfare and isn't that what we want all Coloreds to strive for?" he added. "What kind of racist would want to end big money welfare? What they need to do is start handing the bail outs directly to us Coloreds!"

Mark Williams previously had labeled the Manhattan boro president a "Jewish Uncle Tom" and President Obama an "Indonesian Muslim turned welfare thug."

So inappropriate. They did the right thing expelling the Tea Party Express.
