Happiness in Marriage is Entirely a Matter of Chance Page Number?

In her book Pride and Prejudice Charlotte Lucas says, "Happiness in marriage is entirely a matter of chance." What is the page number where she says this phrase?
I was checking the book for this words quickly but I couldn't find it. Please let me know the page number.

You can find this words in page 21 of her book,

Jane Austen went on to prove that this assertion by one of her characters was only true if you did not stand by your principles. Her heroines were determined to marry for love only (even though they had few prospects of marrying well). She wrote stories that ended in the opposite!

I think it's entirely a matter of hard work, perserverance, and a hell of a lot of patience and compromise.

It's a matter of working together for a common goal.

Thanks
I have been looking for this quote for 2 days and couldn't remember where it was. I really didn't want to reread the book. This helped a lot. Thank you.
