What happened to Jessica Voth and why is she suing her ex-boyfriend?

Jessica Voth says she was mortified when a high school friend said he had spotted nude photos of her on a Web site, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday.

The woman instantly suspected her ex-boyfriend, who had taken the photos but promised -- even after their February 2006 breakup -- that he would keep them private, according to the lawsuit filed in Cook County Circuit Court.

But the ex-boyfriend, Miles Marsh, secretly posted the photos on the site that encourages men to post nude photos of ex-girlfriends, according to the suit.

The suit claims Marsh intentionally inflicted emotional distress on Jessica Voth and invaded her privacy by posting the photos online without her knowledge or consent.

Voth says she was informed about the pictures by the classmate last November. The suit seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.
