Tylenol Recall 2010 Product List & Lot Numbers?

On April 30, 2010 major manufacturer of over the counter remedies McNeil Consumer Healthcare made a public announcement the company is voluntarily recalling many popular children's and infants' OTC liquid products.
What are the brand names of the recalled products. Is there a product list with all the lot numbers?
Several variants of the famous drug Tylenol and Motrin fall under this recall.

It is another big recall among the Tylenol medicine line.
I remember Tylenol recalls have caused trouble and concern for consumers in the past.

The trouble with Children’s Tylenol and other products, that include Motrin, Zyrtec, and Benadryl in liquid form, is poor quality in manufacturing. McNeil Healthcare cites “particles” and other higher levels of active ingredients as the cause for the current Tylenol recall 2010 that is not the first.

In January 2010 the manufacturer issued a recall of Tylenol products from the McNeil manufacturing facility in the United States.

Not sure about the side effects this time but this May 2010 recall is voluntary as the health complications is low, the alert came about during quality assessments of the Tylenol products.

The listed Tylenol formulas can either have a higher concentration of active ingredients and/or inactive ingredients that don’t meet internal testing requirements, while others contain tiny particles. Consumers are urged to discontinue their uses even though medical hazard occurring is low.

The recall applies to over-the-counter liquid medicines produced by McNeil Consumer Healthcare under the brand names Tylenol, Tylenol Plus, Motrin, Zyrtec and Benadryl.

The voluntary recall applies to all lots that have not yet expired and that were produced in the U.S. for distribution there, in Canada and in 10 other countries. Here are all the affected brands:

* Tylenol Infants' Drops (7 different formulations).
* Children's Tylenol Suspensions (8 formulations).
* Children's Tylenol Plus Suspensions (9 formulations).
* Motrin Infants' Drops (3 formulations).
* Children's Motrin Suspensions (11 formulations).
* Children's Zyrtec Liquids in Bottles (5 formulations).
* Children's Benadryl Allergy Liquids in Bottles (1 formulation).

The company said it is conducting a "comprehensive quality assessment" throughout its manufacturing operations and has identified "corrective actions" it will take before manufacturing resumes at the plant where the recalled products were made.

Friday's action marks the second recall involving Tylenol this year. In January, McNeil recalled Tylenol and other over-the-counter drugs because of a musty odor emanating from the products made in a Puerto Rican facility.

At the time, the FDA criticized the company because it took 18 months after initial complaints before McNeil issued a recall. The problem was eventually linked to the use of chemically treated wooden pallets.

And now in July there is a new one.
For the eighth time in a year, Johnson & Johnson has announced a recall of products bearing brand names that Americans have long trusted.
Now it is recalling 21 different lots of products.

Metal particles, chemical contamination and dangerous bacteria have been discovered in some products.
