Cooper River Bridge Run Results 2010?

As you no doubt know, today is that annual Cooper River Bridge Run.
Almost 40,000 people are participating in a road race over South Carolina's biggest bridge that is also one of the largest races in the nation.

Downtown traffic is heavily congested as motorists pack the peninsula in anticipation of the Cooper River Bridge Run.

I was wondering, are the results of the Cooper River Bridge Run 2010 in yet?
If so, can you please let me know who won in the different categories?

Maybe it's too soon for the result but I'm curious.

The bridge run started in 1978 with about 1200 participants and has grown in its thirty-two year history to one of the Lowcountry’s biggest annual events.

Results:

Kenya’s Simon Ndirangu used a strong finishing kick over the last 800 meters to win the 2010 Cooper River Bridge Run Saturday morning.

Ndirangu’s winning time of 27:49 was just nine seconds off the course record and beat runner-up Ridouane Harroufi by two seconds. Tilahun Regassa, the 2009 winner, finished in third place in 27:52.

Mesekerem Assefa, of Ethiopia, captured the women’s division in 32:31, beating runner-up Teyba Nasser by three seconds.
