Ken Starr Baylor President?

Is Ken Starr the new Baylor President?
I just read this:

Ken Starr, the constitutional lawyer who conducted the independent counsel investigation that lead to the impeachment of President Bill Clinton, was named the president of Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

That is odd...
But I guess I don't have an opinion one way or the other though.
What do you think?

It's causing an uproar, that's for sure. Most alums I know from Baylor are not happy about Ken Starr being the new president.

The world's largest Baptist university announced Monday that Starr would be the Waco school's 14th president. The 63-year-old Starr has been the dean of Pepperdine University's School of Law in Malibu, Calif., since 2004.

A Texas native, Starr will become the 14th president of Baylor, located in Waco. With the announcement of Starr's appointment effective June 1, Pepperdine President Andrew K. Benton announced the launch of a nationwide search for a new law school dean.

The news first broke out when The Texas Tribune website released an announcement on Sunday night. Waco Tribune-Herald has subsequently informed the appointment to be certain.
