A Midtown Mai's Houston TX restaurant that calls itself the first Vietnamese eatery in Houston was on fire this morning.
The fire at Mais started in the back area and the restaurant was evacuated quickly.
The two-alarm blaze started earlier this morning, and firefighters have been working to get it under control.

Houston firefighters were called to the scene at Maiís Restaurant, located in the 1400 block of Milam, around 11 a.m.
No one knows what cause the fire yet.
Houston fire officials have said that no one has been injured in the fire.
The fire has taken place on the first day of the Year of the Tiger, which as per Chinese astrology began with much fanfare on Sunday.
As soon as the fire was noticed from the back of the building, the eatery was evacuated. And right now, fire crews are not allowing anyone inside the building in the fear of the collapse of the whole structure.
