What is "gem keep it cool?" Is it some sort of food for women?

GEM Keep It Cool is an interesting drink, geared to women of a certain age. What makes I so special? That it promises menopause symptoms relief. According to the page, it combines natural and “nature-lie” ingredients to do its work, and it also tastes good.

Seems rather expensive. It would be nice not to have hot flashes or nightsweats, but I don't know of anyone who can afford $100.00 per month. Does it really cost that much to make this stuff? Or is this another get rich quick scheme?

I agree; I watched the info-mercial on it last night, and it sounds great, but I think it may well be another "get-rich-quick" scheme as you suggest. You get a trial of 1 month for $49.95, but they didn't tell you it then goes up!! Give it time; we'll see.

If you didn't try it, don't knock it. I have tried everything. Didn't believe a word of it. But!!!!!!!!!! I did try it. I have suffered over years. I am also on disability for fibromyalgia. I thought that might have been some of the problem. Doctors even make you think it is all in your head. Winter time the air conditioner runs all day/night. My bathtub is always full of water to cool down. I even carried a battery operated fan around my neck. Never slept. Cried even when I went shopping! One doctor gave me zoloft. I agree, we are all looking for something that will actually help our outrageous hot flashes, night sweats and serious mood swings and after three months of use I can swear to its authenticity. Tried it after everything else didn't work, after about three weeks you just start to feel calmer, sleep comes easier and no night sweats. As for the hot flashes, they are so mild when I do get them they feel like nothing!! Keep it cool is worth the hundred bucks a month!! Thank You GEM! Keep It Cool is doing exactly what it promised. I'm living my life like a normal person now. Hot Flashes and Night Sweats almost a thing of the past. I'm telling all my friends to get this drink asap to control all the terrible side effects of menopause.

I only need to drink 8oz a day to keep it all at bay. The taste is good although I recommend drinking it cold.
