Alec Baldwin Health?

Alec Baldwin's health looks not so good right now. Alec Baldwin was examined at a hospital because his daughter called the police saying he had threatened to take pills after an argument they had.
What I don't understand is, did Alec Baldwin take the pills or not? Is his mental health OK?
I think he's not in the hospital anymore. Can anyone confirm?

Alec Baldwin's 14 year old daughter was concerned for his health because he was "unresponsive." She thought he killed himself.
When police and medics arrived at Baldwin's Central Park West apartment, he agreed to be taken to the hospital.
His spokesman said: "Alec was quickly released from the hospital; he's completely fine and will be at work today."
Baldwin was examined at Lenox Hill Hospital, where he remained for more than an hour before being released.
Alec Baldwin and his daughter were part of another scandal a while ago when he left a phone message on the answering machine. The message was then leaked, and everyone could her it.
In the message, Baldwin called Ireland a "rude, thoughtless little pig."
