Measure 66 and 67 Oregon Results?

The results are coming in.
The vote in Oregon is on two tax increases, Ballot Measure 66 which sets to raise the taxes on individual filers who make $125,000 or more on a household income at or above $250,000. And the other is the Measure 67 Ballot which will see the increase of State business tax from $10 annually to $150 for most businesses.
How will Oregon's measure 66 and 67 affect the government/American Politics?

The results for Measure 66 and Measure 67 in Oregon are almost complete.
The two ballot measures passed handily, the two measures would raise more than $700 million to help close a gap in the state budget that at one point reached $4 billion.
The results show Oregon voters seemed to pass the tax increasing measures easily giving a 54 percent over 46 percent yes-no voting ratio.

The results have both Measure 66 and Measure 67 passing with more than 80 percent of the expected votes counted.
Oregon’s unemployment rate is 11.1 percent which is among the highest in the nation.
