Salvador Cabanas Shot?

Salvador Cabanas the striker from Paraguay is in serious condition. He was shot in the head during an attack in a bar. Salvador was attacked early in the morning at some bar in Mexico City.
Was Salvador Cabanas shot because he was a victim of a robbery?
Do you think it was intentional and the guy who shot him knew that he was Salvador Cabanas?

The motive of the injury is unkwown. Salvador Cabanas is conscious right now but he has a heart problem which doctors are trying to stabilise.
