Will Niacin Help You Pass a Drug Test?

Is it true that taking niacin or nicotinamide can change the result of a drug test? I was told that niacin helps you clean your urine, is it true?

Niacin has not been found to remove drugs from the body. Even so, many people use this niacin regimen, and it lands some in the emergency room.
It causes nausea, rapid heartbeat and heart palpitations, dizziness, dehydration, low blood sugar, blood-clotting abnormalities, liver toxicity, and a dangerous drop in blood pH.
The negative effects of too much niacin usually are reversed with time.

It will help you pass a drug test.
The thing to understand is that you need to take a sufficient amount, but not too much. If you get too much niacin it can cause some unpleasant symptoms, such as feeling hot and itchy all over and/or stomach cramping. If this happens drinking copious amounts of water will relieve the symptoms.
One of the reason niacin flushing helps you pass a drug test is because niacin helps energize your metabolism and drugs are stored in your bodies fat cells so if your a thin person with a good metabolism the niacin flush will definitely help you pass although larger people who don't have a strong metabolism niacin is less likely to help pass a drug test.
