H1N1 nasal vaccine vs the injection?

I don't know which one to get.
I read that both can not give you the flu virus but it says under the nasal spray that after receiving the spray you will encounter mild flu like symptoms. Ok, is this the same case for the injection?

i just got mine today. i didnt get to choose which one i got. but they gave me the spray. the spray seems to be for the 24 years n below. and the shot is for 50 years and over and the pregnant. the spray has immediate symptoms probably because its a live virus. and i heard the shot takes about 2 wks to take effect because its injecting a dead virus. but my body felt weak and i felt lightheaded within 10 mins of taking the spray.
