Daylight Savings Time Change September 2011?

Is it time for a daylight savings time change again in September 2011?
Since the summer is over and we're starting the fall season this month, I was wondering if we have to change our clocks back for daylight savings.
I never remember when exactly I need to change the clock, can anyone please let me know the date and time?
I always change my clock after everyone else has already changed it.

No, you shouldn't touch your clock in September 2011.
Daylight Savings Time is supposed to take place in November, that's when we start to approach the winter season.
During late winter we move our clocks one hour ahead and each fall we move our clocks back one hour and gain an extra hour.
That's how it works, so don't do anything right now and wait for November.
