Harvest Moon September 2011 Pictures?

This week we'll have a chance of seeing the most famous moon of the year, the harvest moon, which is the full moon nearest the date of the Autumnal Equinox.

The Harvest Moon rises at around sunset for several days in a row.
When exactly in September 2011 is the Harvest Moon going to be at its peak? Are there pictures already of the phenomenon?
Full moons are one of life's true pleasures for me, I love to watch them.

September's full moon is known as the harvest moon because its light in the southeastern sky would have given farmers extra illumination by which to harvest their crops.
Before electricity, farmers relied on the bright light from the moon in the late summer to gather their ripening crops after sunset.

This year's Harvest Moon reached its peak on Monday, September 12, 2011, the best moment to take pictures of the orange color of the satellite.
The Harvest Moon for last year occurred on the fall equinox, a rare occurrence that won’t happen again until 2029.
