Toyota Recall 2011 List?

On January 26, 2011, Toyota Motor Corp. said that a grand total of 1.7 million cars will be affected worldwide by a new series of recalls. Of those, an overwhelming chunk of the vehicles are in Japan.

Toyota had earned an enviable reputation for the quality and attention to detail of its engineering as it rose to become the best-selling car company in the world. It looks like all the recall hasn't affected the brand yet.

This is the third straight instance of Toyota starting the year with a safety warning affecting more than one million of its cars, minivans and SUVs.

Where can I find the list of car models that are included in the 2011 Toyota recall?

Toyota said Wednesday it was recalling a wide range of models, including the IS and GS Lexus luxury models in North America and the Avensis sedan and station wagon models in Europe.

The recall comes just as Toyota retained its crown as the world's biggest carmaker, having sold 8.4m vehicles in 2010 despite the dent to its reputation.

There have been no injuries or accidents reported related to the faulty parts.

In the United States, the recall covers 245,000 2006-07 Lexus GS300/350, 2006-09 Lexus IS250 and 2006-08 Lexus IS350 vehicles to inspect the fuel pressure sensor installation.

Toyota said dealers will inspect for leaks and re-torque the sensor of the car if there are no leaks. If it's already started leaking, the sensor gasket and line will be replaced.
