Lizard Lick Towing Fake?

There is a show on True TV called Lizard Lick Towing. Is it real or fake?
I watched it several times and for moments you think everything is fake and staged but some events look legit.
I'm confused.
I know the business is legit and exists, that part is real. However everyone I know says it's fake.
I watched the credits of Lizard Lick Towing to see if they add a disclaimer saying things are fake or real but there's nothing like that. What do you think?

Lizard Lick Towing is obviously fake. There are so many clues, there is no way they would be showing people blowing out windows with shotguns.
Reality television in general is fake but Lizard Lick Towing in particular is definitely scripted.
My dad once worked as a tow truck driver and never had anything crazy like that happen to him.
Most stuff on True TV is fake, I can't believe that some people think it's all real.
