San Diego Earthquake December 30?

A 5.8-magnitude Baja earthquake rattled the southwest United States today December 30 2009, and it was felt in San Diego, Phoenix, Tijuana and even Los Angeles. Buildings swayed briefly in San Diego, but there were no immediate reports of damage or injuries there or elsewhere in California or Mexico.

I felt it.
According to Nowpublic:

"An earthquake hit in California today, December 30th and it was felt in San Diego and along the California-Mexico border, including Phoenix and Tijuana. The earthquake measured 5.8 and the earthquake occured at about 10:48am local time with the epicenter about 23 miles south of Calexico and about 20 miles from Mexicali. An earthquake map showing the latest earthquakes in the California / Nevada area."

Officials weren't greatly worried about the structural integrity of tall buildings -- most buildings in the border town are three stories or fewer.
According to the U.S. Geological Service, residents across Imperial County, San Diego County, Orange County and even Los Angeles County reported feeling the earthquake today December 30th.
