New Laws 2010 Texas?

Beginning Jan. 1, 2010, Texas college freshmen and transfer students will need to be vaccinated against bacterial meningitis before they can live on campus.
That and another new laws for 2010 imposed by the governmet.
Is there a list of all the new 2010 laws for the state of texas?

Legislatures in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico met in 2009, leading to the enactment of 40,697 laws, many of which take effect January 1.
Some are down right silly, while others make sense. Laws are needed to keep things running smoothly in our world, but you have to wonder if some of these are needed.

For instance, if you want that tanning bed tan, you'll now need a parent signature if you're a teenager in Texas.

If a tenant asks for it, smoke detectors must alert a hearing-impaired person.

If you smoke, you'll be puffing fire-safe cigarettes in Texas and New Mexico.
They're made with special paper designed to stop burning if someone isn't smoking.
The hope is that'll cut down on fires.

Also new this year, the Central Appraisal District - which sets property values in El Paso County - will get another level of oversight.
