Verisk IPO 2009?

Insurance risk specialist Verisk Analytics Inc (VRSK.O: Quote, Profile, Research) raised $1.88 billion on Tuesday in the biggest IPO by a U.S. company since March 2008 after pricing its shares at a higher-than-expected $22 each. Do you think that the IPO price was right?

Well, the price of the shares had been expected to be at between $19 and $21 so the price was right.
Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc is the only major shareholder not selling a stake through the IPO, Morningstar said it was a "vote of confidence" in the company.
