Is Prime Rib Healthy or Bad For You?

These holidays prime rib is one of the best options to cook but I've heard it can be bad for you as it's not the most healthy option. However, I want to know some facts to decide what to cook instead of prime rib because if it's not healthy it will probably be bad for my guests. If this is not recommended, I would like to hear other options to have dinner these holidays. Can you tell me whether prime rib is healthy or bad? What do you suggest?

Prime rib is a not healthy for you, it's a little bad. The reason why prime rib is bad for you it's because it's ingredients make it far from being healthy: it comes from the fattest part of the cow. One piece can have up to 750 calories and 45 grams of fat, without the added sauce or seasoning. If you like steak you have healthy options that are not bad for you: Beef tenderloin has one-fourth the calories and it's made with port-mushroom sauce; it has 22 grams of fat and only 93 mg of cholesterol, which is better than prime rib.
